People ask why the build is free. There are two answers and only one of them is generous.
The self-interested answer
A free build removes the risk from your side of the table. You do not have to trust a stranger's pitch about what a site will do for you — you see it. That is also the only honest way to sell something whose value is not visible until it exists.
The structural answer
There is no office, no account managers and no sales team here. There is one person and a set of automated systems that handle the parts of this work that used to require a staff. That is where the margin comes from, and it is why the build can cost you nothing and still be worth doing.
What that means for you
It also means I can only take a few builds at a time. I would rather say that plainly than take ten and deliver six. If I tell you the next slot is three weeks out, that is the truth and not a pressure tactic.
Why this matters for a trade business
You already know what it costs when someone over-promises and under-delivers on a job — you are the one who gets called back about it. A website is the same deal. The build is the part I control. The calls are the part we find out about together.
