Plenty of trade businesses have paid an agency for a website and gotten a brochure and a monthly invoice. So here is the whole thing, plainly, with no number hidden until the call.

What is free

The build. A site written and built for your trade and your town — not a template with your name dropped in. On-page search setup ships with the build: page titles, meta descriptions, page structure, speed, and the schema markup search engines read. That is a one-time job, done at launch, and it is included.

What the $99/mo is for

Hosting and maintenance. The site stays up, stays fast, stays patched, stays secure. That is the whole of it. It is not a search package, and I will not pretend it is.

What the $199/mo is for

Ongoing search work, only if you want it — the continuing work after launch: your Google Business Profile, tracking where you actually rank, and ongoing on-page work as things change. Plenty of businesses never need this tier. I would rather tell you that than sell you a tier that will not earn its keep.

The honest comparison

A rebuild from an agency typically runs into the thousands, up front, before anyone knows if it works. This is the other way round: you see the site live, then decide. There is no contract and no term you are locked into.

What I do not promise

I do not promise a number of calls. Anyone who promises you a number of calls before they have seen your market is guessing. I build the site, put the search foundation under it, and once it is live we can look at whether the calls are coming in — together.

If you want to see the whole thing spelled out, the form below comes straight to me.
